Bed bug treatment comes with an initial treatment and a follow up inspection/treatment. 3 month (90 day)warranty available after follow up.
When service is for “Townhomes” or "houses" add $50 - $150, per initial treatment for bed bugs.

ROACH TREATMENT
Each roach treatment implements a variety of applications and a few visits from your tech. prices for roach service inside an apartment is as follows. (For homes and townhomes add 25$-75$ per treatment)
Vacuuming and disinfecting of infestations is charged per instance
$125 per single unit treatment including follow up treatments
$30-$75 per unit for multiple units at once. Follow up treatments will vary depending on the level of infestation $30-$75 per treatment
